IKON on Kingsway

Consolidated Properties entered into a development agreement with Victrack to develop a 1,800m² site in Glen Waverley’s principal activities centre, approx 20 kilometres east of the Melbourne CBD. The development comprises ground floor public space and 1,050m² of specialty retail, a first floor of 1,000m² strata offices and 116 residential units in the top eight levels of the project. The project was completed in December 2013.
